Rock purists Ignitor hail from Austin, TX, and appearance to “traditional” metallic titans like Dio, Iron Maiden, and Judas Priest for inspiration. Produced in 2003 and offering vocalist Erika Swinnich, guitarists Stuart Lawrence (ex-Agony Column) and Beverly Barrington, bassist Brendon Bigelow, and drummer Pat Doyle, the group released a six-track EP, Try the Sky, in 2004, after that changed Barrington with brand-new guitarist Annah Moore.
