Biography
Most widely known for his use Dizzy Gillespie, Afro-Cuban and jazz drummer Ignacio Berroa was created in Havana, Cuba, in 1953. Though he originally analyzed traditional violin, after he noticed Nat Ruler Cole and Glenn Miller he understood that he wished to have a different path. He started drum lessons at 11, and by 1970 was carrying out expertly in Cuba. In 1980 Berroa relocated to NY.
