Ian McGlynn

Pop/rock vocalist/songwriter/pianist Ian McGlynn may be the kid of rock and roll & move drummer Ed McGlynn; his mom is really a classically educated pianist. He started playing piano at age group three and composed his first melody at 12. A graduate from the Berklee University of Music, he documented his first record, Lemon, live on the Lemon Lounge on July 22, 2001, associated with his dad and bassist Costs Knudson, and released it by himself IEM Music label on Dec 10, 2002. His initial studio record, Tomorrow’s Taken, made an appearance on Bailey Recreation area Records on Apr 13, 2004, using a remix edition, Tomorrow’s Re-Taken, pursuing on March 7, 2007. His melody “Nowhere” was highlighted under the shutting credits from the film From the Dark (2006), and his music were also found in My Mom’s New Sweetheart (2008) and something — A Lucid Knowledge. His second studio room album, This is actually the Sound, premiered on Oct 21, 2008. Through the springtime and summer months of 2009, he released four digital singles: “Nowhere,” “I Took an Oath,” “Hearing In,” and “WE HAVE TO Hang within the Museum.”
