Using a lurching sound that’s almost as tumultuous as their seemingly ever-changing lineup, Seattle, Washington’s I Declare War certainly are a deathcore band that formed in 2005. With a genuine lineup comprising vocalist Jonathan Huber, guitarists Evan Hughes and Jake Paulson, bassist Zack Band, and drummer Randy Carpenter, the music group produced its debut using the self-released EVERYTHING YOU Deserve in 2006. Another record, Amidst the Bloodshed, found its way to 2007 prior to the music group experienced its first main lineup shift in ’09 2009, with Chris Fugate moving in to change Paulson, Ryan Cox to arrive for Carpenter, and Brent Eaton overtaking for Band. That same 12 months, I Declare Battle authorized on with after that fledgling label Artery Recordings, where they released their third recording, Malevolence, this year 2010. That same 12 months, vocalist Jonathan Huber parted methods with the music group, with vocalist Jamie Hanks moving directly into deliver the loss of life growls for the band’s 4th recording, the eponymous I Declare Battle.
