Hyldon was among the bearers from the torch of spirit music in Brazil, approaching after Tim Maia, Cassiano, and Gerson Ruler Combo. A previous partner of Maia’s and person in Cassiano’s music group, Hyldon experienced his first strike in 1975 using the ballad “Na Rua, na Chuva, na Fazenda,” included on his first LP of the same name, which also experienced another strike with “Na Sombra de uma Árvore.” After some ostracism, Hyldon remaining spirit music and dedicated himself to children’s music. Modern bands like Child Abelha and Jota Mission have already been renovating a pastime from the newer decades in Hyldon’s sort out their re-recordings of “Na Rua, na Chuva, na Fazenda” and “As Dores perform Mundo.”
