A female-fronted, high-energy contemporary rock device based away of Ashland, Kentucky, Hydrogyn splits the difference between old-school, hook-driven hard rock and roll and groove-laden alt-metal. Founded in 2004 by guitarists Jeff Westlake and Jeff Boggs and powerhouse vocalist Julie Westlake, the music group released its debut record, Best Offered with Volume, soon after developing. The LP captured the interest of Pepsi, who endorsed Hydrogyn and helped to property them an integral slot on the 2005 NASCAR Chevy Rocking 400. Following albums Bombshell (2006), Deadly Passions (2008), Judgement (2010), and Personal Periods (2012) helped to help expand establish Hydrogyn among the East Coast’s premiere contemporary rock clothes, charting multiple moments for the Billboard Heatseekers graph and touring seriously both in the home and overseas. Julie Westlake still left the flip in 2015 and was changed by brand-new vocalist Erica Parrott, who produced her studio room debut on 2017’s Redemption.
