HWLS

Produced in Perth, Australia, HWLS may be the style-melding electronic duo of Ta-ku and Package Pop. Writing a like of bass music, the currently established solo companies signed with the near future Common label in 2014 and silently released the HWLS EP afterwards that calendar year. A different, industrial-leaning club established, it made an appearance with ordinary gray-and-text artwork and monitors entitled “001” through “004.” Because they continuing to test out influences, the set adopted it with several remixes, including music by Hermitude, Tokimonsta, and Loss of life Grips. Having a relatively more vibrant cover and audio, EP02 found its way to the springtime of 2017.
