Huw Warren

A Welsh jazz pianist and composer whose function crosses and fuses many music genre lines, Huw Warren was created Might 18, 1962 in Swansea, Wales. His early contact with music came being a cellist within a youngsters orchestra, and he shifted to organ, and began to focus on piano, learning with experimental pianist John Tilbury on the School of London at Goldsmiths in 1980, regarding himself in the neighborhood jazz and avant-garde moments before shifting his studies towards the Guildhall College of Music and Dilemma in 1983 and 1984. He co-founded the jazz quartet Ideal Houseplants with Tag Lockheart, Dudley Phillips, and Martin France, as well as the group released five albums with numerous brands. He also started a long cooperation with the British vocalist June Tabor as an arranger and musical movie director, which resulted in some ten albums over time, and also spent some time working with Maria Lamburn, with whom he co-produced three albums. Warren offers performed and collaborated with a fantastic number of music artists during his profession, including Lleuwen Steffan, Tag Feldman, Maria Pia de Vito, Peter Herbert, Joanna MacGregor, Theo Bleckmann, Pamela Thorby, Erik Truffaz, Gabriele Mirabassi, Ralph Towner, R.A. Ramamani, Kenny Wheeler, Loose Pipes, Steve Arguelles, Julian Arguelles, Billy Jenkins, John Parricelli, John Etheridge, Christine Tobin, Tim Garland, Scott Stroman, Antonio Forcione, Brian Abrahams, Billy Bragg, Elvis Costello, Eddi Audience, Echobelly, Christine Collister, as well as the Sound Bullys to mention but several, and his function is regularly far-ranging and assorted.
