Hunee

House maker and vinyl fabric junkie Hunee (Hun Choi) cultivates deep, sunny grooves having a crystal clear reverence for Chicago and Detroit home as well while disco, jazz, and dub affects. Choi was raised in Bochum, Western Germany and relocated to Berlin at age group 19. After obtaining a work at an archive store in the town, he founded himself like a DJ before turning his hands to creation. He produced his vinyl fabric debut in ’09 2009 with some 12″s on brands such as for example Internasjonal and W.T. Information. Amsterdam-based dance label Hurry Hour agreed upon Hunee this year 2010, launching the Bobos By itself in Heaven EP that season, accompanied by “Tide”/”Minnoch” in 2012. After a short stint in LA, where he documented his debut record, Choi shifted to Amsterdam. Hurry Hour released his full-length debut, Hunch Music, in June of 2015.
