Holocross was an obscure ’80s thrash metallic music group from Pittsburgh, PA, featuring guitarist P.J. Macin, bassist Utmost Uzax, drummer Ray Molinari, and vocalist Char R.G., whose shrieking design frequently resembled that of Overkill’s Bobby “Blitz” Ellsworth. Musically speaking, the quartet’s only, eponymous 1988 LP for the notoriously simple to make sure you New Renaissance label contains specifically brutal and intense thrash and rate metallic, in the vein of Vio-Lence and Razor.
