Higher Regulators is a trippy, dub-influenced aspect task of Adrian “Ade” Blackburn and Jonathan Hartley from Liverpool post-punk music group Center. The duo’s function is a little more loose and comfortable than their primary outfit, encircling midtempo drum machine beats with swirling keyboards and echo results. Their debut full-length Neptune was blended by renowned dub manufacturer Adrian Sherwood, and premiered by Domino in Apr of 2016.
