Hibria

Traditional power metallic band Hibria comes from Brazil’s southernmost main city of Porto Alegre, where they dwelled in relatively obscurity since as soon as 1996, the unusual demo tape offering the only real proof their existence. Well good stuff come to those that wait, evidently, as from the release from the group’s debut recording, Defying the guidelines, in 2004, vocalist Iuri Sanson, guitarists Diego Kasper and Abel Camargo, bassist Marco Panichi, and drummer Sávio Sordi got refined their skills to some razor-sharp point, rendering it probably one of the most universally praised power metallic debuts of the entire year.
