Hex

Hex is a Tokyo-based membership jazz group founded by DJ/manufacturer Toshio Matsuura, formerly from the United Potential Organization. Instead of melding jazz with hip-hop or R&B, the group’s compositions are straight structured to add electronica as a musical instrument in the combine. Other music artists in Hex’s lineup likewise incorporate pianist/keyboardist/manufacturer Kan Sano, “Garden soil & Pimp” Periods’ drummer Midorin, observed jazz pianist Ito Shikou, and electrical bassist Yoshihito P. Koizumi (P-Project). The group’s documenting engineer, zAk, is known as the same partner, thus producing the band a genuine hexagon in its sonic and improvisational strategy. The group’s self-titled debut record was released by Blue Take note Information in Japan in 2013.
