Helen Baylor (aka Helen Lowe) started her music career as a kid performing within the nightclub circuit. Created in Tulsa, Oklahoma but elevated in LA, California, she opened up for such well-known performers as Aretha Franklin, Stevie Question, and B.B. Ruler by her past due teens.
