Heinz Wallberg

Heinz Wallberg was a well-known conductor in Germany and Austria. As a kid he examined trumpet, violin, and piano. He examined in the conservatories of Dortmund and Cologne. After graduation, he was recognized as both a violinist and trumpeter in the Cologne and Darmstadt orchestra. Choosing to become conductor, he produced his earliest performances in that capability with several regional and local orchestras, including those of Münster, Trier, and Hagen. In 1954 he became Music Movie director in Augsburg and, in 1955, as Primary Music Movie director in Bremen. He was Primary Music Movie director in Wiesbaden in 1960 to 1974. At exactly the same time he was the conductor of the low Austrian Tonkunstler Orchestra in Vienna (1964 – 1974). In 1975 he became the main conductor from the Bavarian Radio Orchestra (until 1982) and of the Essen Philharmonic (enduring through 1991). After 1991 he visitor conducted broadly in Japan, France, Britain, Germany, Austria, Finland, and somewhere else, as well as with the main celebrations of Salzburg, Munich, Vienna, Florence, Barcelona, Prague as well as others. He was a regular conductor in the Vienna Condition Opera, where he led over 450 shows. His documenting of Weinberger’s opera Schwanda the Bagpipe Participant was nominated for any Grammy Honor in 1982. He carried out the premiere, in 1976 of Werner Egk’s opera Die Versuchnung des Heiligen Antonius and Rudolf Wagner-Régeny’s opera Das Bergwerk zu Falun. He followed the NHK Symphony of Tokyo, the Vienna Symphony Orchestra, as well as the Bamberg Symphony Orchestra on main trips. He was a receiver of the Grand Mix for Distinguished Services in Germany as well as the Mix of Variation for Artwork and Science, HIGH GRADE, of Austria, as well as the Bruckner Medal.
