Hedningarna

The Nordic group Hedningarna was formed in Sweden by multi-instrumentalists Anders Stake, Björn Tollin and Hållbus Totte Mattsson; even though group’s self-titled 1989 debut LP was an instrumental work, by the discharge of 1992’s Kaksi!, Finnish vocalists Sanna Kurki-Suonio and Anita Lehtola got joined up with the lineup. Trä implemented in 1994, and 2 yrs later Hedningarna came back with Fire. Following releases consist of 1997’s Hippjokk and 1999’s Karelia Visa. In 2001, the NorthSide label reissued their debut record and in 2003 a essential profession spanning retrospective, 1989-2003 was released.
