Colombian musician Héctor Buitrago started getting mixed up in regional rock scene while taking part in bass in much metal band shaped in 1986, called La Pestilencia. In 1990, he fulfilled vocalist/guitarist Andrea Echeverri developing Delia con Los Aminoácidos and touring Bogota’s golf club circuit. In 1992, the band’s name was transformed to Aterciopelados plus they produced their debut using the launch of Con Un Corazón En La Mano in 1993, learning to be a main Latin rock quantity during the pursuing years.
