Canadian indie rock and roll outfit Temperature were shaped in Montreal by singer/guitarist Susil Sharma. A longtime sideman in a variety of Montreal indie rings, Sharma eventually documented a couple of his personal loud, melodic demos, around which Temperature formed in past due 2013. The founding trio of Sharma, Matthew Fiorentino, and Raphaël Bussières released the band’s debut EP, Areas, in 2015, garnering essential acclaim and evaluations to acts just like the Jesus and Mary String, Echo & the Bunnymen, and Pavement. A offer was struck with American label Topshelf Information, and Heat going into the studio room with co-producer Alex Newport (In the Drive-In, Loss of life Cab for Cutie) to record their 1st recording. Released in early 2017, Over night was weighty on melody and hooks, but with brash, shadowy undertones.
