Hazel Meyers

Hazel Meyers was a Dark vaudeville artist within the 1920s who made information which were marketed as blues, rather than an inconsiderable amount of them. She produced 41 titles in every between Sept, 1923 and August of 1924, mainly for Ajax, also for Brunswick (released on Vocalion), Routeé, Banner, Bell, and Emerson. Her last two edges were designed for Okeh in June, 1926. She often caused accompanists of excellent quality, including Fletcher Henderson, Porter Grainger, Bubber Miley, Don Redman and also, on one event, Fatty acids Waller. About her profession on stage, information are a lot more sketchy. She made an appearance in Steppin’ Great, a Harlem range show that Fletcher Henderson’s Orchestra supplied the music, and may have produced other performances in dark vaudeville through 1930. Usually, nothing else is well known about Hazel Meyers.
