Harrison Bankhead

The Chicago-based jazz bassist Harrison Bankhead can be an avant-garde-leaning musician using a journeyman’s capability to fit in a selection of jazz designs from straight-ahead to free jazz. A indigenous of Waukegan, Illinois, Bankhead provides performed with a number of musician including Oliver Lake, Fred Anderson, Von Freeman, Roscoe Mitchell, Malachi Thompson, Hamid Drake, among others. He released the single album Morning Sunlight Moon Harvest in 2011.
