Austrian-born singer/guitarist Hans Platzgumer initial achieved notice in the first ’90s, soon after relocating to NEW YORK with compatriot and longtime collaborator Frank Puempel (bass/vocals) and forming the psychedelic alt-rock act H.P. Zinker.
