Hans-Christoph Rademann

Hans-Christoph Rademann is certainly a German choral conductor who is an expert in early music. Rademann received his first musical schooling at his father’s cathedral in Schwarzenberg, and he had taken violin and piano lessons. An associate from the guy choir on the Kreuzkirche in Dresden from 1975 to 1983, Rademann continued to study on the Carl Maria von Weber University for Music in Dresden until 1990. He was students of Helmut Rilling and Philippe Herreweghe. He provides aimed the Dresdner Kammerchor, which he founded in 1985, and he offered as artistic movie director from the Singakademie Dresden from 1991 to 1999. From 1999 to 2004, Rademann directed the Chor des Norddeutschen Rundfunks, where he collaborated with Semyon Bychkov, Roger Norrington, and Christoph Eschenbach, and in 2007, he became the principle conductor for RIAS Kammerchor. He provides guest-conducted several ensembles, like the Collegium Vocale Gent, the Country wide Chamber Choir of Ireland, the Chor des Bayerischen Rundfunks, the MDR Rundfunkchor Leipzig, the Rundfunkchor Berlin, as well as the choirs of ARD. He in addition has executed many orchestras, like the Staatskapelle Dresden, the Dresden Philharmonic Orchestra, the Dresdner Barockorchester, the Freiburger Barockorchester, Concerto Köln, the Akademie für Alte Musik Berlin, as well as the Rotterdam Philharmonic Orchestra. Rademann provides made an appearance as an opera conductor on the Saxony Theater, and conducted shows of holland Bach Culture. Since 2000, Rademann is a teacher of choral performing on the Carl Maria von Weber University for Music, and in 2013 he became movie director from the International Bach Academy in Stuttgart.
