Guindon got earlier mentioned his music group to Drive-Thru co-owner Richard Reines during an internship using the label; these were so impressed from the youthful music group, Halifax was authorized that summer. Together with No Dairy, their prior EP was remastered and released in January 2005 with yet another bonus monitor. Halifax’s debut Drive-Thru full-length, The Inevitability of the Strange World, found its way to spring 2006.
