Haale

Vocalist Haale (pronounced just like the initial two syllables of hallelujah) was created Haale Gafori in the brand new York Town borough from the Bronx to Iranian immigrant parents; her name means “the halo round the moon.” Mixing her Persian history of Sufi mysticism and poetry with intensifying rock and roll, she became area of the downtown NY picture. By 2007, she was carrying out nationally in the Bonnaroo Event as well as the South-by-Southwest music meeting, while self-releasing two EPs, Morning hours and Paratrooper. Her initial full-length record, No Ceiling, premiered by Route A Music on March 18, 2008.
