German rapper Gzuz emerged in ’09 2009 as an associate of Hamburg-based hip-hop team 187 Strassenbande. The group can be heavily affected by hardcore gangster rap as well as the 187 in its name can be a mention of the American law enforcement code for murder. Their self-titled debut found its way to 2009, adopted in 2011 from the Sampler 2 recording, and Gzuz served 3 years in jail for predatory robbery. Upon his launch in 2013, he and fellow 187 Strassenbande member Bonez MC documented the collaborative recording Large & Hungrig, which became a high Ten strike in Germany upon its 2014 discharge. Channeling their momentum back to the group, they quickly released 187 Strassenbande’s Sampler 3 in 2015, this time around reaching number 2 on the graphs. That same calendar year, Gzuz produced his single debut with Ebbe & Flut, once again reaching number 2 over the German graphs. Finally, in 2016, he and Bonez reached the sought after number one slot machine using their follow-up record being a duo, Great & Hungrig 2. Even while, Gzuz continuing to collaborate with various other performers from his staff as well as the German rap picture.
