Guy Forsyth

Austin, Texas-based guitarist, vocalist, interpreter and songwriter Man Forsyth is similar to a whole lot of Austin music artists. He network marketing leads his own music group, and a group known as the Asylum Road Spankers; when he’s not really executing with either of the groups locally, you’ll find Forsyth seated in with another person simply for kicks. Forsyth is really a rare mixture: he’s a talented guitarist, vocalist and songwriter, but additionally a diligent, conscientious college student of blues, blues-rock along with other indigenous folk musics. The Man Forsyth Band released their Finding/Warner Bros. label debut Needle Weapon in 1995. Onto it, his quartet reinvigorates the blues-rock type, acquiring the music into uncharted waters. Forsyth can be followed in his music group on Needle Weapon by Gil T. on bass, Keith Bradley on acoustic guitar and Affluent Chilleri on drums.
