Guy Darrell

b. John Swail, c. 1940, Britain. In the first 60s, Darrell sang with Ray McVay’s music group. Among his information were ‘Daddy Great’, released in 1961, and ‘I’ve Been Harm’, a cover from the strike by Bill Offer AS WELL AS THE Rondels, that was released in 1966. He also documented ‘Change To Me’ and ‘Sing Me No Sad Tunes’. The second option, a structure by Elton John and Bernie Taupin, premiered in 1969 and nearly instantly withdrawn. With others, including previous members of Summer time Set, Darrell created the Man Darrell Syndicate. Among the music group’s songs had been ‘Birds OF THE Feather’, that composer credit was presented with to Joe South, and ‘Maintain The Rainfall From My Door’. He also caused Martin Jenner, Dave Green, Derek Elson and Graham Jarvis in the obscure intensifying rock-band Deep Sense, which released a solitary recording for DJM Information in 1971.
