Gulp

Dreamy Welsh indie pop quartet Gulp was shaped by Super Furry Pets founder Guto Pryce and his wife Lindsey Leven. Originally a house recording task that highlighted Pryce on bass and synths and Leven’s gentle, airy vocals supported by a vintage Roland 505 drum machine donated by her yoga exercises instructor, Gulp had taken shape being a live music group by adding guitarist Gid Goundrey and drummer Gwion Llewelyn. Their lush, positive songs look for a exclusive balance between sun-drenched vintage pop and richly textured electronica. In June 2012, they released their 1st single, “Video game Like,” and finished that yr touring the U.K. and Ireland with English art pop work Django Django. A yr later on, they released another single known as “Play” and continuing gigging in the U.K. Their full-length debut, Time of year Sun, finally found its way to July of 2014.
