Grupo Sombras

Argentinean six-piece tropical act Grupo Sombras was shaped in the past due ’70s by keyboardist Juan Zapana and drummer Pascual Benítez. Immediately after shifting from Jujuy to Buenos Aires, the music group documented an EP known as Bailando Con Un Grupo Sombras, offering 10,000 copies without the publicity. When vocalist Antonio Rios became a member of in, Grupo Sombras produced its debut recording, A Todo Baile, climbing on regional graphs with “Vibrando” and “La Mala Gata.” The group also participated inside a compilation known as Golpe Norteño in 1989. After registering to regional label Magenta Discos, the music group documented Dulce Amor, offering tunes performed by Jorge Avila, accompanied by Thereforeñando Con Vos and Niña Caprichosa, learning to be a top selling designer in Argentina.
