Grover

Grover was the short-lived trio led by ex-Let’s Dynamic guitarist (as well as the past Mrs. Mitch Easter) Angie Carlson, supported with drummer Chris Phillips, and bassist Dave Burris. Their only album, My Crazy Life, premiered by No Hour Information in 1995, but just about disappeared instantly. Phillips returned to his day time job because the drummer for the Squirrel Nut Zippers. Burris turned to acoustic guitar and created the eclectic alt-country take action Jolene. Carlson mainly retired from music, taking on a posture as an editor for any North Carolina option weekly newspaper.
