Gregorio Paniagua

Gregorio Paniagua was created in Madrid, where he studied cello on the Royal Conservatory with Don Ricardo Vivó. He afterwards researched viola da gamba with August Wenzinger and performing with Sergiu Celibidache. As well as the viola da gamba, Paniagua performs in the vihuela, lute, and hurdy gurdy. In 1964, he founded the ensemble Atrium Musicae de Madrid, with which he provides performed in European countries, America, Asia, and Australia.
