Gregor Samsa

Named following the main figure in Franz Kafka’s The Metamorphosis, the Aroura, IL-based Gregor Samsa originally began in 1995 as “something to accomplish” between a collective of friends. Without the goal of having a particular audio, the lineup would switch constantly, at 1 stage having up to ten users playing from Moog keyboards, to triangle, to pots and hammers.
