Greg Hobbs

Raised within the metal town of Hamilton, Ontario, this singer/songwriter used a number of instruments young, mastering many of them around age four. In his teenage years, Hobbs continuing to apply his craft, frequently writing and carrying out his own tracks in the town while carrying out with other music artists and other organizations. After senior high school, Hobbs received his journalism level from Carlton College or university. In Apr 1994, he released his debut recording, Under THE FEET, but the recording received small fanfare. In 1996, while surviving in Ottawa, Hobbs had written and performed the music to some long-running play, Anarchy as well as the Dalmation. At exactly the same time, he was carrying out with regional group Hennessey. In 1999, he released Puzzled & Blood loss on Puddle Thief Music. The recording was met with an increase of compliment and Hobbs became among the “must-see” functions for the Toronto and Ottawa golf club circuit. In 2001, Hobbs performed in the North by Northeast Event and released Drake Motel, that was made by John Switzer, who caused the Waltons and Jane Siberry, amongst others. The recording garnered much compliment for its mix of folk, nation, and roots rock and roll. Hobbs in addition has distributed the stage with Bob Egan and Gregory Hoskins.
