Greenwheel

Formed at an area record store in 1999 in the St. Louis suburb of St. Charles, this band of high-school bandmates originally dubbed themselves Hindsight before changing their name to Soma Vacation. A self-released, self-titled record implemented that same calendar year and garnered an area buzz in the region. But from then on short period, the group fundamentally went underground, executing only occasionally. At exactly the same time, business lead vocalist Ryan Jordan provided the group twelve months to create it in the music business. If the group failed, he’d go back to community university and then check out DePaul University to become theater main. In 2000, the group renamed themselves Greenwheel and released a four-song demonstration. The music group also performed at several showcases in NEW YORK, which caught the interest of Island Information. The label agreed upon the group, who after that visited Nashville to create and record their brand-new album. The record, Soma Vacation, premiered in June 2002 on Isle Records. The music group continues to be set alongside the likes of everybody from Teach and Matchbox Twenty to Linkin Recreation area for its functionality and pop/rock and roll style.
