The group spent another couple of years touring non-stop around the united states and eventually discovered itself playing South by Southwest in Austin; in middle-2005 they inked a cope with Record Collection. Greeley Estates after that co-headlined MySpace’s fall tour, and released their EP, Caveat Emptor, in November 2005. The recording highlighted the band’s usage of catchy melodies and extreme vocals, as well as a hardcore advantage and good attitude. In January 2006, the music group went in to the studio room to record its second full-length before becoming a member of the Flavor of Chaos tour alongside heavy-hitters just like the Deftones, Thrice, and Tale of the entire year. A spring countrywide headlining tour was finished before the ensuing album, Definately not the Lays, was released in June. Summer season was next allocated to the street with Warped. Early in 2007, Applebach departed to come back to college, and previous Versus the Reflection bassist Brad Murray stepped directly into permanently fill up the void.
