Dutch hardcore rap supergroup Great Thoughts shaped in 2013 when manufacturer Dr. Moon (a disciple of Wu-Tang Clan’s RZA) united well-known veteran MCs Jiggy Djé, Sticks, and Winne. The group teased its debut full-length with some videos documenting the album’s documenting, along with one “Doag,” offering Kleine Viezerik and Yung Felix. Great Thoughts’ self-titled debut record, a couple of razor-sharp, no-nonsense hip-hop, premiered by TopNotch in June of 2013. The discharge was a massive commercial and vital success, hitting number 2 over the Dutch record graphs, the highest-ever placement for the Dutch-language hip-hop record.
