This group from Manchester, England, comprised Chris ‘C.P.’ Lee, Ian Wilson (vocals/12-string guitar), Steve Whalley (guitars/vocals), John Gibson (bass/vocals) and Bruce Mitchell (drums). Growing from the hedonistic past due 60s Manchester, Greasy Carry never accomplished the achievement they deserved despite the fact that many counted them among the best possible British exponents of the loose jamming nation rock design. Lee and Wilson teamed up 1st; gradually the line-up surfaced as both vocalists/12-string players added drums, bass, later on, and the beautiful business lead guitarist Whalley last but not least. Despite their developing live status, they went into complications in the studio room with their maker and using their record agreement. The tensions ultimately pressured Lee out.
