Gracie Barrie

b. 18 Dec 1915, USA. An elegant vocalist for big rings plus some 30s Broadway musicals, Barrie experienced a small part in the luxurious 1933 Broadway revue Hit Me Red, starring Jimmy Durante. Barrie sang Lew Dark brown and Ray Henderson’s ‘It’s Great TO BECOME Alive’.
