Yes, Gory Blister may be the name of the Italian death steel band whose key mission (apart from grossing people out making use of their name) is emulating the techie death metal design made famous by Florida’s extremely influential Death. Composed of vocalist Adry Bellant, guitarist Raff, bassist Fredrick, drummer Joe La Viola, and a variety of short-lived bandmates, Gory Blister produced their debut in 1997 using the Cognitive Sinergy [sic] EP, and continued to concern two full-length albums in 1999’s Artwork Bleeds and 2006’s Skymorphosis.
