Good Evening Manchester

Great Evening Manchester were an alternative solution rock band in the Åproperty Islands. Active in the middle-’80s through the first ’90s, they debuted in 1986 being a quartet — guitarists/vocalists Patrik Dahlblom and Anders Korpi, drummer Niklas Dahlblom, and bassist Hans-Erik Ramström — using a self-titled EP released on the tiny Kustrock label. From then on, the music group agreed upon to major-label CBS within their house nation, and their lyrics turned from Swedish to British. Understanding how to Sing, their debut record, premiered in 1988. Within 3 years, the music group came back on EMI’s Parlophone department, where they released 1991’s self-titled second record (offering Ci? went O’Reilly instead of Korpi, and extra guitarist Peter Hägerstrand) and their finale, 1993’s Diana.
