Making use of their 2004 self-titled debut, Bristol, England’s Gonga go about resurrecting the mangled, sun-dried corpse of stoner rock and roll for another romp in to the new millennium. Featuring vocalist Joe Volk (a ringer for Kurt Cobain, incidentally), guitarist George Elgie, bassist William Smalley, and drummer Thomas Elgie, the music group first found the eye of Portishead maker Geoff Barrow, who authorized these to his personal Invada label in 2003. These debut emerged the next 12 months and was later on released in the us by Tee Pee Information.
