A mainstay in the Minneapolis rock and roll scene from the past due ’60s and early ’70s, Barry Thomas Goldberg produced his single debut in 1974 beneath the name Goldberg. Abandoning the energy pop of his prior group, the Batch, Goldberg collaborated with experimental guitarist Michael Yonkers on the Spartan group of psych-folk tracks that they documented in mono for an Ampex tape machine in only two times.
