Silver were a promising if derivative past due-’60s SAN FRANCISCO BAY AREA psychedelic music group that only were able to release a unitary, “No Car parking”/”Summertime” (the B-side made by Nation Joe McDonald), although they recorded about an album’s value of unreleased materials in 1969 and 1970. A lot of that materials was released in the 2003 Compact disc compilation Oregins S.F. 1970, which also contains eight music from a live show on the Fillmore Western world in March 1970. Sketching from blues, the minor-keyed folk-rock that lots of San Francisco rings blended to their repertoire, and Santana-like rock-Latin fusion, Silver used likable organic energy, though their materials wasn’t as exclusive as that of the main Bay Region psychedelic acts.
