The first music group signed to Marilyn Manson’s label, Posthuman Records, the industrial goth music group Godhead experienced a kick-start with their career after many years of relentless touring and playing within the underground picture in their local town of Washington, D.C. Their intense, industrial sound captured the eye of Manson as well as the music group landed a slot machine on Manson’s 2000 worldwide God, Weapons, and Federal government tour. Manson acted as professional manufacturer and oversaw advancement of the band’s Posthuman debut, the 2000 discharge 2000 Many years of Individual Mistake. 2000 Years may be the 4th record out of this hard rock and roll/metal music group. Godhead provides released three indie albums: Godhead (1994), Nothingness (1996), and SAW Stigmata (1998). 2000 Years was made by Danny Saber (Dark Sabbath, U2, Rolling Rocks) and blended by John X Volaitis (Orgy, Marilyn Manson, Korn). The record displays Godhead’s spiritual and cultural discontent and displays the intense digital and rock and roll combos of lead vocalist/guitarist Jason Miller, bassist and programmer the technique, guitarist Mike Miller, and drummer Adam O’Connor. In the record, Godhead also will a dark, macabre cover from the Beatles’ Eleanor Rigby. David Bowie’s longtime guitarist Reeves Gabrels was a significant guest in the record. Manson lent his vocals to “Break You Down,” while Gabrels co-produced and performed guitar in the monitor, “Tired Old Guy.” Godhead in addition has toured with rings like GWAR, Genitorturers, and Christian Loss of life.
