Vocalist/guitarist Jason Lancaster still left Mayday Parade in Apr 2007, soon after the music group finished saving the record A Lesson in Romantics for Fearless Information. Burnt from music and requiring a rest, Lancaster quickly uncovered, nevertheless, that he couldn’t avoid playing for lengthy, and by 2008 he previously shifted and shaped the similar-sounding Proceed Radio. Located in Tallahassee, Florida, he recruited bassist Matt Melts away and drummer Steven Kopacz, and after going right through two guitarists, the music group eventually discovered another guitarist in Alex Reed by 2009. It had been determined within weeks that the people needed the group to become more than just a spare time activity, and in August 2008 Proceed Radio’s 1st EP of emo-laced pop/rock and roll was released, entitled Welcome alive. They toured behind the record, posting times with fellow Floridian rockers Crimson Jumpsuit Apparatus, amongst others, and in January 2010 these were authorized by Lancaster’s older label, Fearless Information. Proceed Radio’s second EP, Perform Overs and Second Probabilities, was recorded by using makers Zack Odom and Kenneth Support (All Period Low, Mayday Parade) and released in Apr 2010. The seven-song record was after that supported on the highway with A Day time to keep in mind, August Melts away Crimson, and Silverstein. The band’s sophomore full-length, Close the length, found its way to 2012.
