The Orange State punk trio Young lady Tears play exceedingly brief songs, most significantly less than one minute longer, and throw a lot of darkness to their three-chord attack. Guitarist/vocalist Kam Andresen, bassist Tristan Ellis, and drummer Sal Gabriel had been all playing in the music group Lovely Valley Slumber Party if they made a decision they wished to do something even more intense and punk. They released their initial album, Stress, on Lolipop Information and it captured the hearing of Captured Paths honcho Mike Sniper, who agreed upon the music group to CT offshoot label Sinderlyn and re-released the record in Sept of 2014. Following the album arrived, the band continued tour, playing over 100 displays in locations as different as art areas, backyards, and night clubs. This toughened them up and tightened their currently taut sound a lot more. They got periods to record an individual, 2015’s “No Beliefs”/”Void.” Their second record, the extreme and fast Woke Against the Tide, premiered by Sinderlyn in Oct of 2016.
