Philadelphia hardcore rapper Gillie da Child was initially thrown in to the country wide limelight in 2006 from a controversy with Money Money Records and its own celebrity rapper, Lil Wayne, when he claimed to get ghost-written for a few from the label’s performers, particularly Wayne.
