A France guitarist and composer, Gilles Coronado is a near-constant existence on the France jazz and improvised music picture. Influenced with the muscular and exclusively French jazz-rock fusion from the ’70s zeuhl picture aswell as Western european guitarists like John McLaughlin and Robert Fripp, Coronado provides played and documented with such rings as Thot, AKA Moon Electric powered, Urban Disposition, Triple Gee, and Collectif Alka; aswell as composing and executing music for a number of movie theater and dance shows. His albums being a leader consist of 1999’s Urban Disposition.
