b. Carlton Hylton, 1974, Kingston, Jamaica, Western Indies. Hylton started his profession during his teenagers when he performed on numerous audio systems. He 1st found prominence in 1993 when he documented with maker Clifton ‘Professional’ Dillon. Dillon enrolled Hylton, who performed as Ghost, to sing in conjunction with another newcomer, the raspy DJ Tradition. The singjay design of Ghost coupled with Tradition’s ragga rapping was broadly considered as becoming testament to the development from the digital reggae sound.
