Founding people Eglantine Gouzy and Frederic Landini got exchanged music ideas formally and informally ahead of their function in REUNITE Guinozzi! — Landini got even came out on Gouzy’s single debut, Boamaster, released on Osaka Information in 2006. While REUNITE Guinozzi! shared a lot of the fuzzy, digital sensibilities of Gouzy’s early function, the group would eventually end up being an even more lively and fun-loving affair. REUNITE Guinozzi!’s first paths, including a cover of “Law enforcement and Thieves” (originally by Junior Murvin, also with the Clash) gave a nod to works just like the Tom Tom Membership as well as the B-52’s, not forgetting contemporary works like Yelle and Marina & Soko. Shaped in 2007 out of the long-distance cooperation between Landini and Gouzy (who at that time were surviving in Paris and London, respectively), REUNITE Guinozzi! eventually extended to include famous brands bassist Regis Laugier, drummer Luc Benito, and guitarist/key pad participant Fabrice Gisiano. REUNITE Guinozzi!’s debut one, “Low Data files Tropical” b/w “Law enforcement and Thieves,” premiered on NOUVEAU RICHE BUSINESSMAN Records in Sept 2009. Their debut full-length, Floor covering Madness, followed a month later.
